Early-access service

Early access is provided for evaluation and may change or become unavailable. Approved accounts can run searches and, where enabled, request website phrase suggestions or pasted-discussion analysis without payment while separate shared and per-account capacities are available. Access and capacity have no cash value and do not promise future availability. The service is currently free because we are covering its costs ourselves as an experiment, and if that stops being sustainable we may introduce charging, with existing accounts notified before any charge applies.

Your responsibility

You choose the final search language, deliberately supply any page snapshot, inspect every suggestion and source, decide whether participation is appropriate, and follow the destination community's rules. A generated reply is an editable working draft, not an instruction or a completed forum action. You are responsible for anything you write or post.

Important limitations

Suggested phrases and discussion advice are inferences from bounded submitted context; they are not verified customer language or live-page findings and do not guarantee useful results. Search results may be historical, removed, irrelevant, or closed to replies. They Talk About does not inspect the live page, guarantee that replies are allowed, log in to forums, or post on your behalf.

Investigation material

A downloaded investigation starting case is a local debugging artifact for one supervised development loop. It may contain personal data, is outside application retention and account deletion, must remain outside git, and must be deleted with any follow-up sample when the loop ends. The application does not upload it or gain console, DOM, network, or forum authority from it.

Reports about other people's products

Bjola Software may publish an unlisted page about a product whose maker asked in public for promotion advice. A report page contains public information only, states how and when it was made, and is not a review, endorsement, or ranking. It is removed within 48 hours of the maker asking, at hello@bjola.ca, without conditions. Report pages are not part of the early-access service, have no account, and are not covered by the access terms above. This section is notice to readers. It is not a contract with the maker, and it does not promise that a page once shared cannot be copied elsewhere.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for harassment, deception, mass unsolicited promotion, credential collection, sensitive-trait profiling, automation intended to evade access limits, or attempts to bypass platform rules. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or client information as product context, search input, pasted discussion content, or investigation material.

Availability and liability

The early-access service is provided as available, without a promise of continuous service or point-in-time recovery. To the extent permitted by law, Bjola Software Inc. is not liable for decisions made from suggestions, pasted snapshots, or search results, or for actions taken on third-party services.
